Where are Anne Everett Rae products made?
Anne Everett Rae purchases the highest quality of pima cotton products we can find internationally. We embroider them on-site and ship them across the country and internationally. All of our other products that are not Pima Cotton are purchased from companies known for their high quality products.

How long does it take to receive an order?
Anne Everett Rae typically allows 7 -10 business days to complete an order for most orders and 10-14 days for custom blankets after the items have been purchased and the proofs have been approved. We can do a rush order for an additional $10.00 per item that is embroidered but please contact us before purchasing an item to see if we are able to accommodate it or not. We ship our packages USPS standard, priority, or express mail and supply you with a tracking number. Generally packages take 3-5 days for regular mail, 2-3 days for priority, and 1-2 days for express mail to reach its intended destination. You can contact us about an order if you'd like more information on when it will be completed or shipped before you purchase if you would like.

Do I Have To Pay Sales Tax?
Anne Everett Rae must charge Texas sales tax to all orders being shipped to a destination in the state of Texas, where we operate. Sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all Texas orders. If your order is being shipped to another state, you will not be charged sales tax.

How Do I Pick My Font?
Anne Everett Rae will provide you with a set of fonts from which to choose. Please provide us with the full name of the child when placing your order. We will email a proof to you of the font you have selected. Once you have approved of it we will begin sewing.

Can My Order Be Monogrammed?
Anne Everett Rae can monogram most items with your child's name for $5.00 extra. We will also work with you on custom orders. Please note that because each item is handmade colors, fabrics, or designs may vary slightly.

What are the Refund and Exchanges Policies?
Anne Everett Rae aims to make high quality products and we hope that you are completely satisfied! If we send you a pre-made product, we will gladly give you 100% refund, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. We will not give any refunds to any product that has a monogram or any custom product including those that you pick out the fabric and thread color.
Also, no refunds will be given for any shipping delays due to weather or post offices mistakes.
