We send all of our items via USPS priority mail which takes 2-3 day in the United States. If you want something shipped out of the country faster than first class, please contact us and we will give you pricing for that.
We send all our packages in the USA priority mail which includes a tracking number and insurance up to 50.00. The normal mailing time through USPS for priority mail is 2-3 days.
We ship all orders outside the USA as Priority International mail. If you need your International order quickly, please contact us before ordering, so we can give you other USPS shipping options for your country. Your 2 options are International Priority, or International Priority Express. Prices will vary depending on the country.
Your purchase will be shipped to the Etsy address you have listed, so please double-check that your Etsy address is current to avoid any delays in shipping. We are not responsible for any items shipped to the wrong address or lost in the mail. If your order is return to us, you will be responsible for paying for the additional shipping cost to have it resent. Once we have shipped your order and it has been accepted through the USPS, they are responsible for your package. We do not issue refunds or remakes for packages lost by the USPS.
Shipping can be upgraded to Priority Express shipping through USPS. The current cost is 23.00. The shipping time is 1-2 days depending upon where you live. This does not mean your packaged will be shipped any earlier than the stated turnaround time.

****For International Orders, the buyer will be responsible for any and all customs charges, all fees, taxes, tariffs, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
*****All international Order are shipped International Priority Mail through the USPS. The customer may request International Priority Express but the buyer will be responsible for the USPS shipping fees of those request. Returns will not be accepted on any International order due to customs fees.
We aim to make high quality products and hope that you are completely satisfied! If we send you a pre made product without a monogram or custom design, we will gladly give you 100% refund, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. We do not replace any products that have been washed.
If we have made an error on your order or there is any defect in the product, you must notify us within 5 DAYS of receiving the order and we can make arrangements for you to return the item and receive a replacement. We do not replace any products that have been washed.
We will not give any refunds or replacements on any product that has a monogram. Please check your proofs carefully before approving them.
Please remember ALL SALES ARE FINAL once items have been washed.
